Troubadour Reunion
The evening would be wonderful, I knew, from the moment they appeared in the wings as they walked to the stage.
I watched Carole's face on the big screen all evening. Her face was just lit up.
The magic between these two performers was so special to see. That set the tone for the entire evening.
The energy she had on stage was contagious. I'll be honest, my husband and I are huge Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration fans and we went basically to see him.
They shared the spotlight equally, kicking in harmonies as they went. Carole was a wonderful bonus.
The little stories between the songs were a great window to the past for all of us who weren't able to be there live in the 70s.
We could have listened to those wonderful old songs all night.
Having their original musicians was just the ticket - everyone on the stage was having the best time.
I loved the concert in the round - a much more intimate setting than an end stage.
The arena was packed! We had great seats and the sound was wonderful in the Gwinnett Arena.
I would highly recommend this concert.
